 HOW TO BE HAPPY AND FIND HAPPINESS WITHIN



We are reborn every single morning! Don`t think that I mean some events or the changes in the universe connected with the numbers. None. The transformations occur within each of us! How are we reborn? Well, I must admit that 99% wake up with the weight of the past or the fear of the future. Only a few of people can live here and now! Here, I am going to recommend you some techniques and tips to start new life!

 

In order to fill our mind with positivity we must clean it from any negative thoughts, imagination or feelings from the past. The issue is that we spend most of our time on recalling our past. Even if you had a successful past, dwelling on the past may keep you from moving forward. You get nervous remembering something annoying. Someone reminds you an old hater who always offended you. I must say that you are not alone. You weren`t an only victim. All of us can give such examples. However, each of us reacts to it in a different way.

 

I don`t want to bother you with long theories. Therefore, we will turn to the practice immediately.

 

Lesson 1: Forgiving and letting the Past go

 

At the first lesson, we are going to learn how to get rid of the ghosts of the past, how to put an end to endless memories, no matter good or bad. Anyway, the past remains in the past and it shouldn`t spoil your today or future! Easy to say than do, so we will turn to the exercise right now!

 

Take a piece of paper and a pen of any kind you like. Write all the memories in two columns: positive and negative ones. When you have finished, read them aloud. Maintain that you are alone at this time if you don`t wish to let others know about your secrets. Now, draw a large tree in the size of your height. It has lots of bushes. They symbolize the number of success you have achieved or just anything positive that can warm your heart. Stick the tree somewhere where you can often see it writing down all the positive statements from your list.

 

We have already made a special sign of positive thinking in the shape of a tree. It will remind the best in you. You can also add some more notes time by time. What about the negative memories? We have to eliminate them, making appropriate conclusions! How? As for me, I would prefer to burn the negative part of the list watching how the bad memories from my past are vanishing screaming. I feel free again! Now, I am empty! When one is empty, any ideas or thoughts can easily find their ways to his or her mind. However, we don`t let them! From today, we are strong enough to control both our mind and body!

 

Lesson 2: Making appropriate conclusions

 

At the previous lesson, I mentioned about learning from the life lessons. What is it? How can one learn? Well, you may feel lost among the troubles and challenges sometimes. However, trust me, no matter what might happen in your life there is a reason for it. Someone above wants you to become better stronger and happier understanding everything! Let`s take relationship as an example. Nearly, all of us came across a breakdown in relationship once in our life at least. How do we feel at this time? Well, you know better than I do!

 

Mostly, during the quarrels with our loved ones, we love blaming them. We never try to search for a single sign of fault in ourselves. Neither do they. The result is broken hearts and departure. In fact, it was a lesson for you, for your close friends or loved ones. To pass that lesson, you should have put yourself in her or his position and think from his point of view and feel. What would you feel or think? What would you do? Maybe, you wouldn`t even criticize him or her. You would realize how terrible it feels like being in his or her place and never blame any more.

 

Actually, we can`t get rid of the past or the memories, but we can make them not repeat any more. What should we do? The answer is making conclusions and learning. At the age of sixteen or eighteen, we finish school, but the school of life doesn`t let us go until our death. We learn willingly or unwillingly, with anger or pleased. Anyway, you are free to choose your way. Unfortunately, there is not such science like making conclusions from the past. However, you learn it every day. Be observant about your life, mistakes and success, trying to keep some and quitting the rest.

 

Lesson 3: Make up a plan

 

What do I want? That is the very question necessary to ask oneself. Realizing what one loves is only the beginning, as most of us feel stuck or inconvenient before starting to act. It is easy to imagine everything in one`s mind. However, it is less difficult than acting. Let`s imagine that your aim is a mountain. How can you climb it? Step-by-step, of course. In achieving your goals, plans are your steps. No matter how high or small the mountain is you will have to pass each inch anyway. Likely, your plans will lead you to your mountain of goals.

 

What do I want?

What should I do to get what I want?

How much time will it take to get what I want?

What should I do every day to get what I want?

 

Lesson 4: Eliminating the negative thinking people

 

Have you ever sent beautiful balloons into the sky? Do you know that you can use them to get rid of your negative thoughts? You will need a balloon, of any type or color as you wish it to be. First, you write everything bothering you. When you feel that you don`t forget anything, your balloon is ready to fly taking the worst with itself. The issue is to feel that your bad memories and negative thoughts are leaving you forever. They will go farther and farther while your inner world gets emptier.

 

When you are sure to avoid the shadows of your past terrific life experiences, you are free to fill that empty world with the most positive and beautiful thoughts, feelings and images so that your past won`t spoil your today and future.

 

Lesson 5: 5 people around you

 

It was a very important lesson of life for me that the people around us influence on us as much as we do on them. Therefore, we will have to choose those people more carefully. Especially, the psychologists claim that those five most close people around us impact on us more than everyone else. They are those people whom we see, listen and talk to every other day. In other words, you are the average of the five people around you.

 

What about you? What kind of people is beside you? With whom do you communicate most? Whom do you listen most? What do they often say or talk? Do they think positive or negative? Do you know that what they are telling you matters? Have you ever noticed that your mood changed for better or worse as soon as you heard someone`s complaining or praise?

 

Lesson 6: Cleaning your mind

 

We tidy up our houses every time. We always try not to leave our things in mess. Nearly all of us wash the dishes or clothes every other day. Can you say the same about your mind? Are you aware that sometimes our mind gets full of all the negative complaining, bad memories the moments when luck seemed to leave us forever. We should also clean it time by time. You can`t tidy it up like sweeping the floor or washing the dishes. You will have to learn how to do it first.

 

Do you know how to fill the glass of dirty water with the purest one? By pouring the clean water into it. At the beginning, the pure water will replace the glass and you will have the water you need. The same happen with cleaning your mind. You will have to increase your positive thoughts and memories, imagination in order to eliminate the bad ones.

 

Lesson 7: Rome wasn`t built in a day!

 

An English proverb says that patience pays. You can`t get what you want in a minute, not in a day and you may not achieve it within a few days. However, a door will open if you keep knocking. Therefore, the last what you can do to achieve what you want is keep going trying the new ways to get there where you wish to be patiently, but decisively.
